Why Train MOMO

Most programs teach technique first.

Without athletic development, technique has a ceiling.

TRAIN MOMO™ develops the athlete first, then builds real Jiu Jitsu skill on top.

  • Technique alone can win early.
  • Athleticism and technique win long term.

The goal is not short term wins. It is long term development.

Move better. Think faster. Build real confidence that carries beyond the mat.

Approach

Every athlete is developed through movement first.

Training emphasizes balance, coordination, speed, reaction, and body control alongside Jiu Jitsu technique.

The goal is to build better movers, better athletes, and over time, better grapplers.

This is how elite grapplers are developed, from youth wrestling systems to Dagestan.

Private Coaching

Private coaching is built around the individual athlete.

That might mean:

  • reviewing match footage to identify gaps
  • giving focused homework between sessions
  • building a simple plan for how they train and compete

Everything is adjusted as they improve.

This level of attention isn’t possible in a group class.

Some train here alongside their regular academy. Others use it on its own.

Currently held at Samurai BJJ in Prosper, TX.

Results & Experiences

Built through real training. Not theory.

“A lot of what Brian teaches has helped my athleticism. I’ve developed more control over my strength and speed without losing the feeling of being powerful.”

Jacob Jones

Former Varsity Wrestler, Prosper High School

“Brian balances beginners with advanced students seamlessly. I have a huge respect for both his Jiu Jitsu and his ability to teach.”
